Army senior leaders and commanding general of the Joint Task Force-National Capital Region and the Army Military District of Washington Maj. Gen. Antoinette "Toni" Gant will host the Army Birthday Wreath Laying at Arlington National Cemetery. The ceremony, scheduled for 8:15 a.m., will be livestreamed from the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier to honor the Army's 251 years of service.
