Army Lt. Gen. Edmond M. Brown for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Transformation and Training Command, Austin, Texas. Brown is currently serving as deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Futures Command, Austin, Texas.
Army Lt. Gen. Francisco J. Lozano for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as portfolio acquisition executive fires/director, Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Lozano is currently serving as director, Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
Air Force Retired Maj. Gen. Charles S. Corcoran for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as commander and president, Air University, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, Alabama. Corcoran previously served as assistant deputy chief of staff, Headquarters Air Force Operations, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Space Force Maj. Gen Robert J. Hutt for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as senior military assistant to the Deputy Secretary of War, Office of the Secretary of War, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
