This modification provides pre-construction long-lead items, antenna hardware, antenna manufacturing, and pre-construction tasks for the DARC Site 2 radar. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $495,375,991 from $279,441,415. This is a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III effort for SBIR Topic AF231-D026 entitled “Low Cost Highly Manufacturable Long Range Strike Weapon Production”. This effort derives from the Phase I, II and III efforts, and is to provide engineering, technical, logistics, and manufacturing services to advance the Blackbeard Hypersonic Weapon system to an Early Operational Capability (EOC). U.S. TRANSPORTATION COMMAND

Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Bethesda, Maryland, was awarded an $11,455,836 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (HT001426CE015) to provide scientific leadership, traumatic brain injury (TBI) subject matter expertise, and non-personal services support to advance the mission of the Defense Health Agency's Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence.
