The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, has been awarded a $131,230,000,000 ceiling, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the F-15 Eagle Crest in support of the F-15 Program Office. This contract provides for aircraft production, systems integration, modernization, upgrades, retrofits, sustainment, and the establishment of organic depot maintenance capabilities to deliver and maintain critical F-15 Eagle Weapon System capabilities for the Air Force, Air National Guard, and other Department of War customers. Work will be performed at St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed by August 2037. The ordering period is expected to end Aug. 24, 2031, with an option to extend the ordering period to Aug. 24, 2036. Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, Kongsberg, Norway, is awarded a $44,267,020 firm-fixed-price modification to the previously awarded contract action (M67854-25-C-0023) for Amphibious Combat Vehicle Medium Caliber Cannon PROTECTOR Remote Turret 20, hereafter referred to as the “Turret.” The total value of the contract if all options are exercised is $335,904,707. This contract modification supports the procurement of additional Initial Issue Provisioning Turret Spares, associated engineering change proposal (ECP) and repair and sustainment processes, and the obligation of funds for future ECPs and repair/sustainment efforts. Triumph Gear Systems Inc., Park City, Utah, is being awarded $20,932,317 for a not-to-exceed delivery order (N00383-26-F-S803) under a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00383-22-G-S801) for the repair of 63 mechanical actuators supporting Navy V-22 Osprey aircraft. The delivery order does not include an option provision. All work is expected to be completed by December 2027 and will be performed in Park City, Utah. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $15,699,237 (75%) will be obligated at the time of award and those funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Textron Systems Corp., Hunt Valley, Maryland, is awarded a $15,546,143 firm-fixed-price order (N0001926F1157) against previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001926G1007). This order provides for pre-operational support, operational support, post-operational support, and associated data in support of sea-based unmanned aircraft systems maritime intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance services on board two Navy vessels under maritime b-kit one and maritime b-kit two. Operational support includes 175 sensor data hours per month for each vessel. Additionally, this action procures associated environmental shock testing and familiarization training in support of the Navy. Work will be performed in various undisclosed locations outside of the continental U.S. (specific locations are classified) and is expected to be completed in March 2028. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $15,546,143 will be obligated at the time of award; all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract is being awarded following a limited sources competition. Competition was limited to four vendors. Offers were received from all four contractors. Avox System Inc., Lancaster, New York, has been awarded a maximum $37,583,889 firm-fixed-price contract for demand oxygen regulators. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.103-1. This is a five-year contract with no option periods.
