Contracts for Aug. 12, 2026

NAVY

Cayuse Native Hawaiian Veterans LLC,* Pendleton, Oregon, is awarded a $249,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N4044626D0002) for general ship repair of Military Sealift Command vessels. This action represents a rolling admission to a previously awarded multiple-award contract. Work will be performed in Guam and is expected to be completed by November 2027. This contract includes a five-year ordering period. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,500 (minimum guarantee) will be obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. All other funding will be provided on individual delivery orders as they are issued. This contract was a HUBZone set-aside, solicited via the Government Point of Entry website, with two proposals received. Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Leonardo DRS Airborne and Intelligence Systems, Beavercreek, Ohio, is awarded a $39,608,346 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the production and delivery of up to 55 Joint Tactical Terminal Transceiver units. This contract also provides for non-recurring engineering, aircraft integration, qualification, and production support for the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircraft in support of enhancing threat warning and situational awareness leveraging resilient communications over government and commercial non-geo stationary orbit networks for the Navy. Work will be performed in Beavercreek, Ohio, and is expected to be completed in February 2028. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $39,608,346 will be obligated at the time of award. This contract was competitively procured; one offer was received. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N0001926C1012).

Symetrics Industries, doing business as Extant Aerospace, Melbourne, Florida, is being awarded $14,150,000 for a firm-fixed-price delivery order (N00383-26-F-ZG00) under a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00383-21-G-ZG01) for the procurement of one weapon repairable assembly type, for a total quantity of 77, in support of the F/A-18E/F/G aircraft. The delivery order does not include an option provision. All work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida, and is expected to be completed by November 2027. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Japan (23%) and France (12%). Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) in the amount of $8,820,780 (62%); FMS funds (Japan) in the amount of $3,307,792 (23%); FMS funds (France) in the amount of $1,653,896 (12%); and fiscal 2026 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $367,532 (3%), will be obligated at the time of award. FMS funds and working capital funds (Navy) will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year, however APN6 funds will expire at the end of fiscal year 2028. One source was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and one offer was received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

Lockheed Martin Space, Sunnyvale, California, is being awarded a $211,435,067 modification (P00082) to a previously awarded modification (HQ0147-19-C-5001) under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The value of this contract increased to $1,054,537,337. Under this modification, the contractor will manufacture and produce new Configuration 3 (C3) THAAD Launchers. The performance period is from August 2026 through January 2031. One offer was solicited and one offer was received. UAE FMS funds in the amount of $211,435,067 are being obligated on this modification. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Cottrell Contracting Corp.,* Chesapeake, Virginia, was awarded a $75,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for maintenance dredging services. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 11, 2031. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (W91236-26-D-A013).

Marinex Construction Inc., Charleston, South Carolina, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging and related construction services, including furnishing personnel, transportation, mobilization and demobilization, equipment and materials to remove up to five million, six hundred thousand cubic yards of maintenance material from an inner harbor. The amount of this action is $33,052,500 with a total cumulative face value of $37,822,500. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Savannah, Georgia, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2027. Fiscal 2026 civil construction funds in the amount of $33,052,500 were obligated at the time of the award. JLL Valuation & Advisory Services LLC, Chicago, Illinois, was awarded a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for professional real estate appraisal services. One bid was solicited with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 11, 2031. CORRECTION: The $92,424,046 firm-fixed price contract (W912DY-26-F-A067) announced on Aug. 10, 2026, for 24/7 operations, maintenance, and repair, to M.C Dean, Tysons, Virginia, was actually awarded on Aug. 11, 2026.

CORRECTION: The $49,898,000 firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (W911QX-26-D-A004) announced on Aug. 10, 2026, to Genesis Systems LLC,* Tampa, Florida, for research, development, testing, and direct procurement of the WaterCube Atmospheric Water Generation family of systems to provide scalable, on-site potable water production in austere and contested environments, was actually awarded on Aug. 11, 2026

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

US Foods Inc., doing business as US Food Service Manassas, Manassas, Virginia, has been awarded a maximum $69,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food and beverage items. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The ordering period end date is Aug. 16, 2031. Using military services are Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, and Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2031 defense working capital funds. AIR FORCE

FlightSafety Defense Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $19,707,848 contract modification (P00144) to previously awarded contract FA862113C6247 for contract deliverable KC-46 Aircrew Training Devices. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $592,682,072 from $572,974,224. The location of performance is Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, with delivery to MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. The work is expected to be completed by April 28, 2028. Fiscal 2025 Aircraft procurement dollars in the amount of $19,554,269; and fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance dollars in the amount of $153,579 are being obligated at time of award. CORRECTION: Barnett Paving & Sealing LLC, Wichita Falls, Texas, has been awarded a ceiling of $25,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for base pavements. This contract provides for the maintenance, repair, and construction components of a broad spectrum of airfield pavements and civil works projects that include pavement and other civil and infrastructure related systems. Work will be performed at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 10, 2032. This contract was a competitive acquisition and four offers were received. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $500 are being obligated at time of award.
