Contracts for July 7, 2026

AIR FORCE

Impulse Space Inc., Redondo Beach, California (FA8811-26-D-B001); and Relativity Federal Inc., Long Beach, California (FA8811-26-D-B002), were awarded multiple-award, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts with a maximum cumulative ceiling of $5,600,000,000 for National Security Space Launch Phase Three Lane One. These contracts provide for launch services delivering NSS payloads into their intended orbits. The location and period of performance will be determined at the task order level. These contracts were competitive acquisitions, and three offers were received. Fiscal 2026 space procurement funds in the amount of $10,000,000 are being obligated at time of award. Space Systems Command, Space Access, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Services LLC, Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a maximum $105,000,000 firm-fixed-price task order for Global Positioning System modifications.  This contract provides for GPS control segment modifications to provide command and control capability for the next generation of GPS III follow-on space vehicles. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2030. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $10,068,764 are being obligated at time of award. ARMY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $502,381,686 cost-no-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract for post-production support services for the Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sight systems for AH-64 aircraft. One bid was solicited with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 5, 2031. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-26-D-0052).

Conti Federal Services LLC, Orlando, Florida, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Facilities Modernization Program. The amount of this action is $169,105,820 with a total cumulative face value of $208,906,534. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, with an estimated completion date of July 6, 2031. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $169,105,820 were obligated at the time of the award. Kearney & Co. P.C., Alexandria, Virginia, was awarded a $9,505,000 firm-fixed-price contract for agreed upon procedures and performance audit testing services. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Alexandria, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2026. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $1,000,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Inland Dredging Co. LLC, Dyersburg, Tennessee, was awarded a $16,303,500 firm-fixed-price contract for pipeline dredging of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Nueces County, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 24, 2027. Fiscal 2026 civil operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $16,303,500 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston, Texas, is the contracting activity (W912HY-26-C-A-023).

NAVY

General Dynamics Mission Systems, Quincy, Massachusetts, was awarded a $13,811,780 cost-plus-incentive-fee; $31,173 cost-plus-fixed-fee; and $127,261 cost reimbursable, modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-6315) to exercise options for Mining Expendable Delivery Unmanned Submarine Asset prototype systems, software development, Ashore Support Equipment, and Engineering Services. Work will be performed in Quincy, and Taunton, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by July 2028. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $13,970,214 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Corvid Technologies LLC,* Mooresville, North Carolina, is awarded a $9,250,500 modification to a previously awarded contract (N6339425C0003) for the design, manufacture, and delivery of short/medium range sub-orbital vehicle configurations, including provision of ground test hardware, special test equipment, materials and required engineering support and launch support services. Work will be performed in Mooresville, North Carolina (37%); White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico (24%); Glen Burnie, Maryland (20%); Benbecula, Scotland (6%), Las Cruces, New Mexico (4%); Woomera, Australia (3%); Conroe, Texas (2%); Huntsville, Alabama (1%); San Nicolas Island, California (1%); Kekaha, Hawaii (1%); and Wallops Island, Virginia (1%), and is expected to be completed by July 2027. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test, and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $9,250,500 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, White Sands Detachment, Port Hueneme, California, is the contracting activity.
