MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

L3Harris Technologies Integrated Systems L.P., doing business as Aeromet, Tulsa, Oklahoma, is being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum amount of $499,573,000. Under this follow-on contract, the contractor will provide support for the Missile Defense Agency Flight Test Airborne Sensors (ABS) program. These efforts will continue operations and sustainment of the flight test ABS aircraft and sensor equipment, mission planning and flight test execution, and Improvement and Modernization efforts. The work will be performed in Tulsa, Oklahoma. One initial task order in the amount of $22,175,032 is being issued. The ordering period is from Sept. 15, 2026, through Sept. 14, 2036. This contract was competitively procured via publication on the Governmentwide Point of Entry website with one proposal received. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $5,000,000 are being obligated on this award. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (HQ0855-26-D-E001).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, was awarded a $60,602,848 cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost (no-fee) contract for AEGIS ship integration and test in support of surface combatant ships and related tactical sites. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $1,383,266,817. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (36%); Norfolk, Virginia Beach (25%); Bath, Maine (11%); Pascagoula, Mississippi (10%); San Diego, California (9%); Deveselu, Romania (4%); Redzikowo, Poland (3%); and various other locations (2%), and is expected to be completed by June 2027. If all options are exercised, work will continue through June 2036. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $8,241,953 (43%); fiscal 2026 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,099,931 (27%); fiscal 2024 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,117,108 (16%); fiscal 2020 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $797,786 (4%); fiscal 2017 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $716,800 (4%); fiscal 2023 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount $692,633 (4%); and fiscal 2021 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $370,891 (2%), will be obligated at time of award, of which $8,241,953 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, with two offers received. Thoma-Sea Marine Constructors LLC,* Houma, Louisiana, is awarded $26,625,622 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-19-C-2216) for the definitization of an engineering change related to the shore power configuration and capability for both National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Auxiliary general Oceanographic Research Variant Ship One and Two and the settlement of other ship changes. Work will be performed in Houma, Louisiana, and is expected to be completed by November 2028. Procurement, acquisition, and construction (NOAA) funds in the amount of $26,625,622 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-19-C-2216).

Information Systems and Networks Corp., Bethesda, Maryland, is awarded a $20,983,333 firm-fixed-price and cost task order (M9549426F0006) against the General Services Administration One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (47QRCA25DU164) to provide housing property management support services for Marine Corps service members residing in unaccompanied housing. Work will be performed at 26 installations located in both the continental U.S.; and outside the continental U.S., including Okinawa, Japan (23%); Oceanside, California (21%); Jacksonville, North Carolina (21%); San Diego, California (6%); Port Royal, South Carolina (5%); 29 Palms, California (4%); Kaneohe, Hawaii (4%); Quantico, Virginia (4%); Havelock, North Carolina (3%); Yuma, Arizona (3%); and with various other locations making up less than 1%. This task order includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this task order to $144,141,182. If all options are exercised, work will continue through January 2031. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $20,983,333 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This task order was awarded on a competitive basis in accordance with the terms of the GSA OASIS+ multiple award contract program and three proposals were received. The Marine Corps Installations Command Contracting Office, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (M9549425D0001).

Global Air Logistics and Training Aerospace Inc.,* San Diego, California, is awarded a $13,228,748 modification (P00003) to a firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N0001925D1117). This modification increases the contract ceiling for production and delivery of up to 20 SkyTower II production Airborne Network Extension Air Vehicle kits (A-Kits) and associated installation efforts in support of the Marine Corps airborne networking capabilities. Work will be performed in San Diego, California (54%); Cherry Point, North Carolina (3%); Yuma, Arizona (3%); and various locations outside the continental U.S. (40%), and is expected to be completed in September 2030. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Applied Physical Electronics LC,* Spicewood, Texas, is awarded a $9,620,094 modification (P00003) to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N0042126C0012). This modification exercises an option to provide for the development, fabrication, installation, and acceptance testing of upgrades to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division's Vertical Electromagnetic Pulse Simulator in support of improved reliability, ensuring compliance with current testing standards, enhancing testing capability, and expanding the simulator's capacity to accommodate larger and taller test assets for the Navy. Work will be performed in Spicewood, Texas (85%); and Patuxent River, Maryland (15%), and is expected to be completed in January 2029. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Defense Wide) funds in the amount of $2,912,000 will be obligated at time of award. This contract was not completed. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Marietta, Georgia, has been awarded a $142,910,785 cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for software sustainment services for the C-5 Galaxy. This contract provides software updates and maintenance, supporting certification artifacts, systems integration laboratory maintenance, engineering and technical support, and software engineering support services. Work will be performed in Marietta, Georgia; and Greenville, South Carolina, and is expected to be completed by May 20, 2032. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $19,317,604 are being obligated at time of award. The C-5 Contracting Branch, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA8525-26-D-B002).

Canyon Consulting LLC, El Segundo, California, has been awarded a $49,684,402 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for advanced satellite navigation technology. This contract provides for maturing alternative satellite navigation technologies. Work will be performed in El Segundo, California, and is expected to be completed by Oct. 8, 2031. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and one offer was received. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $953,353 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Research Laboratory, Space Vehicles Division, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, is the contracting activity (FA9453-26-C-X016).
