This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The performance completion date is Sept. 16, 2027. Labatt Institutional Supply Co., doing business as Labatt Food Service, San Antonio, Texas, has been awarded a maximum $125,726,692 firm-fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food and beverage items. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a 371-day bridge contract with no option periods. The ordering period end date is June 5, 2027. Using military services are Army, Air Force and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2027 defense working capital funds. Atlantic Diving Supply, Virginia Beach, Virginia, has been awarded a maximum $31,559,004 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract for gun holster components, holster assemblies, and tactical radio components. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.103-1. This is a three-year base contract with two one-year option periods. Location of performance is Virginia, with a May 28, 2031, performance completion date. Using military services are Army, Navy and Marine Corps. Peckham Vocational Industries Inc.,* Lansing, Michigan, has been awarded a maximum $15,454,037 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for warehousing, storage, logistics and distribution functions for a wide variety of clothing items. This is a two-year base contract with three one-year option periods. The ordering period end date is May 31, 2028. Using customers are Navy and Coast Guard. NAVY

Oshkosh Defense LLC, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is awarded a $70,623,709 hybrid firm-fixed-price, cost plus fixed fee delivery order for the procurement of Remotely Operated Ground Unit for Expeditionary Fires (ROGUE-Fires) carriers for use in the Navy/Marine Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS). Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wisconsin (70%); Alexandria, Virginia (12.5%); Gaithersburg, Maryland (12.5%); and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (5%). Work is expected to be completed in September 2028. Fiscal 2025 procurement (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $4,834,006 will be obligated at the time of the award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Fiscal 2026 procurement (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $2,856,243 will be obligated at the time of the award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Fiscal 2026 procurement (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $61,311,874 will be obligated at the time of the award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. L3Harris Fuzing and Ordnance Systems, Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio, is awarded a $48,513,271 firm-fixed-price contract for proximity fuzes to upgrade the Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $98,388,151. Work will be performed in Cincinnati, Ohio and is expected to be completed by July 2027. If all options are exercised, work will continue through September 2028. Fiscal 2026 procurement of ammunition (Air Force) funds in the amount of $27,876,980 (68%), fiscal 2026 procurement of ammunition (Navy and Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $6,569,468 (16%), fiscal 2025 procurement of ammunition (Navy and Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $3,344,296 (8%), fiscal 2026 working capital (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,991,841 (5%), and fiscal 2024 procurement of ammunition (Navy and Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $1,191,240 (3%) will be obligated at time of award, of which $1,191,240 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code §4022 and DFARS 206.001-70 (exception for protype projects for follow-on production contracts). Contract award is a follow-on production requirement for prototypes developed and successfully completed under Other Transaction Agreement (N001742390010) by L3 Harris Fuzing and Ordnance Systems, Inc. Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, is being awarded a $46,502,868 cost plus fixed fee, firm-fixed price and cost only modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-22-C-5231) to exercise the option for AN/SQQ-89 installation, spares procurement, integrated logistic support, fleet maintenance support, and lifecycle sustainment of the U.S. Navy’s AN/SQQ-89 Surface Ship Undersea Warfare Combat Systems. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (85%) and the government of Japan (13%) and the government of Australia (2%) under the foreign military sales program. Lockheed Martin Space, Titusville, Florida, is being awarded a $41,196,364 Fixed Price Incentive Fee, Cost Plus Incentive Fee, and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee modification, P00012, to previously awarded and announced contract (N0003025C0100) for TRIDENT II (D5) missile production and deployed systems support. Work will be performed in Denver, Colorado (33%); Cape Canaveral, Florida (14%); Titusville, Florida (13%); City of Industry, California (7%); Joplin, Missouri (7%); Inglewood, California (6%); Lancaster, Pennsylvania (6%); Hollister, California (4%); Kings Bay, Georgia (4%); Poway, California (1%); Sunnyvale, California (1%) and locations less than 1.0 percent each, 4% total. Fiscal 2026 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $39,327,809, Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,661,567, Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance, (Navy) funds in the amount of $206,988 will be obligated on this award. No funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract is being awarded to the Contractor on a sole source basis under 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1) and was previously synopsized on the Systems for Award Management (SAM) website, with one proposal received. Oshkosh Defense LLC, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is awarded a $21,456,092 hybrid firm-fixed-price, cost plus fixed fee delivery order for the procurement of Remotely Operated Ground Unit for Expeditionary Fires carriers for use in the Navy/Marine Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System. Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wisconsin (90%); and Alexandria, Virginia (10%). Work is expected to be completed in September 2028. Fiscal 2026 procurement (RDT&E) funds in the amount of $21,174,299 will be obligated at the time of the award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Oceaneering International, Inc., Hanover, Maryland, is awarded a $13,982,887 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-4301) to exercise options for continued support of the U.S. Navy’s transfer under pressure capability, engineering and modernization, including Surveillance Towed Array Sensor System (SURTASS-E) support. Work will be performed in Hanover, Maryland (70%), San Diego, California (15%), Norfolk, Virginia (15%), and is expected to be completed by June 2027. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,558,000 (50%); and fiscal year 2024 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,571,000 (50%) will be obligated at time of award, of which $3,129,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Pacific Rim Constructors Inc., Tamuning, Guam, was awarded a $12,748,020 modification to previously-awarded contract (N62742-24-C-1331) for construction of housing. This award brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $191,399,635. This contract modification provides for six additional housing units. Work will be performed at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam and is expected to be completed by June 2027. Fiscal 2023, Fiscal 2024, and Fiscal 2026 Family Housing funding in the amount of $12,748,020 will be obligated and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. ARMY

3dB Labs,* West Chester, Ohio, was awarded a $350,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for production, testing, validation, delivery, and support of the Spectrum Situational Awareness System. Bids were solicited online, with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of May 28, 2031. KTH Services JV LLC, Falls Church, Virginia, was awarded a $221,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide non-personal services, base operations support. Bids were solicited online, with five received. Work will be performed at Fort Carson, Colorado, with an estimated completion date of May 31, 2031. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $20,700 were obligated at the time of the award. Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Co. of Houston, Texas, was awarded a $19,493,971 firm-fixed-price contract for the Beach Nourishment Great Egg Harbor Inlet to Peck Beach Project. Bids were solicited online, with two received. Work will be performed in Ocean City, New Jersey, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 18, 2026. Fiscal 2026 civil construction funds and fiscal 2026 civil rivers and harbors contributed and advanced funds, in the amount of $19,493,971 were obligated at the time of the award. AIR FORCE

The Boeing Co., Saint Louis, Missouri, was awarded a $200,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract for research and development for multidisciplinary, aerodynamics, and structures technologies research. This contract provides basic, applied, advanced, and demonstration/validation research to develop and demonstrate, integrate, and transition new aerospace vehicle technologies. Work will be performed at Saint Louis, Missouri, unless otherwise indicated in each task order and is expected to be completed by May 28, 2037. This contract was a competitive acquisition and eleven offers were received. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $14,305 is being obligated at the time of award. General Dynamics Mission Systems, Scottsdale, Arizona, has been awarded a $106,018,228 cost-plus-fixed-fee task order for Baseline Sustainment and Obsolescence Support. The task order has a total base and option period value of $294,946,185, with option periods extending execution through May 2031. This contract provides for sustainment and modernization to the ground segment of the Mobile User Objective System. Work will be performed at Scottsdale, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by May 27, 2031 (base + options). This task order was a sole source acquisition under a single award IDIQ. Fiscal year 2025 procurements funds in the amount of $16,642,707 and fiscal year 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $1,700,000 were obligated at time of award. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., McLean, Virginia, has been awarded a ceiling $76,594,768 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for B-1 Radar Engineering Sustainment & Support Service BRASS II. This contract provides for personnel and equipment for analysis, design, building, manufacturing process improvements, testing, and integration of technology solutions for the B-1 Radar AN/APQ-164. Work will be performed at McLean, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2031. This contract was a sole source acquisition. ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors LLC, Beltsville, Maryland, has been awarded a $21,972,572 modification P00021 exercising option year two on an existing firm-fixed-price contract (FA300224C0009) for base maintenance service contract, providing labor, supplies, materials, parts, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform the management and operation of the BMC services, civil engineering. Work will be performed at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas; Frederick Airfield, Oklahoma; Sheppard Annex at Lake Texoma, Texas; and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2031. MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

ITC Defense Corp, North Charleston, South Carolina* is being awarded a competitive cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The total value of this contract is $47,457,037. Under this new contract, the contractor will provide the Missile Defense Agency with system support to include Maintenance and Supply Support; Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation; Forward Stationing for Theater Support; Training and Training Support; and limited Missile Support to the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense Weapon system.
