ARMY

Dynetics, Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded a $617,164,135 cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract for the fiscal 2026 production buy of Indirect Fire Protection Capability Increment Two systems, including launcher systems, retrofit prototype launchers, all-up-round magazines, soldier trainers, weight representative training devices, contractor logistics services, initial spares, and engineering services. Bids were solicited via the internet with zero received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2029. J.F. Brennan Co. Inc., La Crosse, Wisconsin, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of aquatic nuisance species deterrents, including automated barge clearing deterrent, bubble curtain deterrent, and acoustic deterrent, as well as associated demolition, excavation, building systems, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, structural, and site restoration work. The amount of this action is $113,853,380 with a total cumulative face value of $117,748,000. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Joliet, Illinois, with an estimated completion date of April 10, 2029. Fiscal 2026 construction, Corps of Engineers, Civil funds in the amount of $113,853,380 were obligated at the time of the award. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Connecticut, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for advanced procurement in support of the first 10 Army UH-60M Black Hawk aircraft. The amount of this action is $65,000,000. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2026. Fiscal 2024 Aircraft Procurement, Army funds in the amount of $65,000,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Serco Inc., Herndon, Virginia, was awarded a $42,495,824 modification (P00086) to contract W911S0-18-C-0004 for Mission Command Training Program support services, providing contractor support for WarFighter Exercises, training, and logistical support globally. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $506,973,317. Work will be performed in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 14, 2026. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $15,153,243 were obligated at the time of the award. R2BUILD,* Irvine, California, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a new single-story 5,000-square-foot headquarters building and a new single-story 4,200-square-foot maintenance shop with storage mezzanine at the Englebright Dam and Lake Maintenance Shop in Smartsville, California. The amount of this action is $18,935,765. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Smartsville, California, with an estimated completion date of March 30, 2028. Fiscal 2026 construction, Corps of Engineers, Civil funds in the amount of $18,935,765 were obligated at the time of the award. DMYLES Inc., Niagara Falls, New York, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for dredging approximately 250,000 cubic yards of material from Cleveland Harbor during spring and fall 2026. The amount of this action is $11,664,500. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Cleveland, Ohio, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 9, 2026. Fiscal 2025 Operation and Maintenance, Corps of Engineers, Civil funds in the amount of $11,664,500 were obligated at the time of the award. Colorado School of Mines, Golden, Colorado, was awarded a cost-no-fee contract for the Environmental Security Technology Certification Program Project ER25-9767 – Center for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances Remedial Technology Engineering. The amount of this action is $6,971,053. Bids were solicited via the internet with 18 received. Work will be performed in Golden, Colorado, with an estimated completion date of April 13, 2028. Fiscal 2025 Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation, Defense-Wide funds in the amount of $6,971,053 were obligated at the time of the award. MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. is being awarded a modification to the active Prototype Project Other Transaction Agreement (HQ0851-22-9-0002) with a value of $475,297,523. This is an increase in dollar value of the current Agreement from $832,778,556 to $1,308,076,079. The Agreement was previously awarded through the Missile Defense Agency’s authority under 10 U.S. Code 4022(a)(2)(B). Under this award, the performer will continue to develop and define its Glide Phase Interceptor design concept with an accelerated schedule. The estimated completion date is June 2028. Funds from Section 20003 of Public Law 119-21 in the amount of $174,133,086 are being obligated at the time of award. Missile Defense Agency, Dahlgren, Virginia, is the contracting activity. NAVY

Castellano Cobra UTE MACC LEY 18-1982, Cádiz, Spain (N3319126D0002); Constructora San Josa SA, Sevilla, Spain (N3319126D0003); Elecnor Servicios y Projectos, Sevilla, Spain (N3319126D0004); Environmental Chemical Corp. Italy S.R.L., Sevilla, Spain (N3319126D0005); Sociedad Espanola de Montajes Industriales SA, Cádiz, Spain (N3319126D0006); and UTE MACC Rota 2024, Sevilla, Spain (N3319126D0007), are awarded a combined $100,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, design-build, design-bid-build, multiple award, construction contract. This contract provides for new construction, repair, alteration, and related demolition of existing infrastructure. Work will be performed at Naval Station Rota, Spain, and may include work at other facilities in Spain and Portugal, and is expected to be completed by March 2034. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) (O&M, N) funds in the amount of $25,000 will be obligated to five awardees at time of award to satisfy the minimum guarantee and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Sociedad Espanola de Montajes Industriales SA is being awarded the initial task order at $4,944,139 for major interior and exterior renovation to the Pinz Bowling Center at Naval Station Rota, Spain. Work for this task order is expected to be completed by August 2028. Future task orders will be primarily funded by O&M, N; and military construction defense agencies contract funds. This contract was competitively procured via SAM.gov website, with 13 offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe, Africa, Central Command, Naples, Italy, is the contracting activity.

Baker Jacobs JV, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $95,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for multi-discipline, architect-engineer services. This contract provides architect-engineer services for general type facilities located throughout the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command area of operations worldwide, with an expected completion date of April 2031. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Navy funds in the amount of $10,000 will be obligated at time of award to satisfy the minimum guarantee and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via SAM.gov website, with six qualification packages received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N62470-26-D-0006).

Marinette Marine Corp., Marinette, Wisconsin, is awarded a $30,000,000 not-to-exceed undefinitized contract action for advance procurement of long lead time material and associated engineering and design activities in support of four Medium Landing Ship Block 1. Work will be performed in Marinette, Wisconsin (46%); De Pere, Wisconsin (39%); and Kenner, Louisiana (15%). Work is expected to be completed by September 2027. Fiscal 2025 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $15,000,000 will be obligated at award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. This contract is based on Section 128(b) of the Servicemembers Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025, Pub. L. No. 118-159. Raytheon, Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $14,055,719 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-26-C-5434) for technical and design agent engineering in support of the Evolved SeaSparrow Missile and NATO SeaSparrow Missile Systems programs. This modification combines purchases for the Navy (66%); and the governments of Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Türkiye under Memorandum of Agreements (34%). Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (97%); and Portsmouth, Rhode Island (3%), and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2030. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,794,089 (28%); fiscal 2025 other customer funds in the amount of $6,900,597 (25%); fiscal 2026 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,073,872 (22%); fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,941,473 (10%); fiscal 2026 other customer funds in the amount of $2,755,875 (10%); fiscal 2026 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,077,196 (4%); fiscal 2025 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $382,045 (1%); and fiscal 2025 research, development, test, and evaluation (Navy) $200,000 (<1%), were obligated at time of award, of which $2,941,473 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Iris Technology Corp.,* Irvine, California, is awarded a $13,113,437 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of uninterruptible power supplies and cables for the Radio Integration System Family of Systems in support of integrated command, control and intel systems for the Navy. Work will be performed in Irvine, California and is expected to be completed by April 2031. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was non-competitively competed. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (N6833526D1013).

AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Corp., Littleton, Colorado, has been awarded an $86,344,731 modification (P00141) to previously awarded contract FA8823-21-C-0001 for space-based infrared system contractor logistics support, product support, integration, and contract evolution. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $1,606,198,392 from $1,519,853,661. Work will be performed on Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado; Buckley SFB, Colorado; Greeley Air National Guard Station, Colorado; and Boulder, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2027. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $44,417,663 are being obligated at the time of the award. The Space Systems Command Space Logistics Contracting Division, Peterson SFB, Colorado, is the contracting activity. 
 
Chickasaw Strategic Pointe LLC, Norman, Oklahoma, has been awarded a maximum $76,555,084 firm-fixed-price contract for the Construction Management Information System requirement. This contract provides for long-term cradle to grave management of services in support provides a unified, cloud-based platform for managing facility projects, offering integrated modules for project management, real estate, energy, and maintenance, replacing old systems to standardize processes, track assets, award contracts faster, and support worldwide operations for the Department of the Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Civil Engineer Center. Work will be performed at Norman, Oklahoma, and is expected to be completed by April 14, 2031. This contract was a competitive acquisition with two offers received. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $17,061,957 are being obligated at time of award. The 772 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA8903-26-F-0030). 

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, has been awarded a maximum $13,933,848 modification (P00007) to an undefinitized delivery order (SPRPA1-24-F-0051) against a three-year basic ordering agreement (SPRPA1-21-D-001U) for performance-based support. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The performance completion date is Sept. 16, 2027. Using military services are Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
