The Last Walk

Army Staff Sgt. Isaiah Jasso-Campagna, assigned to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment, known as "The Old Guard," places a rose on the crypts to pay final respects during his last walk as a sentinel at Arlington National Cemetery, Va., Aug. 28, 2026. The last walk is the final tribute performed by a sentinel as their watch comes to an end.
