To advance radio frequency mixed-mode interfaces, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency established the Technologies for Mixed-mode Ultra Scaled Integrated Circuits, or T-MUSIC, program, announced in January 2019 as part of the second phase of DARPA’s Electronics Resurgence Initiative.
