Sailors operate at mission control workstations aboard a P-8A Poseidon assigned to Patrol Squadron 40 during Cutlass Express 2026, in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility, Feb. 12, 2026. The exercise is one of three sponsored by U.S. Africa Command and enabled by U.S. 6th Fleet, as part of a comprehensive strategy to provide collaborative opportunities among African forces and international partners to address maritime security concerns.
