North Wind
Soldiers establish a security perimeter during North Wind in Hokkaido, Japan, Jan. 27, 2026. The exercise was designed to focus on bilateral tactics, techniques and procedures for extreme cold-weather conditions while enhancing interoperability and readiness between U.S. and Japanese forces.
