Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced today that the President has made the following nomination:
Marine Corps Col. Jonathan H. Vaughn for appointment to the grade of brigadier general, with assignment as chief defense counsel for Military Commissions, Defense Legal Services Agency, Arlington, Virginia. Vaughn is currently serving as the chief defense counsel, Judge Advocate Division, Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
