This contract provides for the procurement of space-based space domain awareness capability. Work will be performed at various vendor facilities as indicated above and is expected to be completed by April 8, 2036. These contracts were competitive acquisitions and 32 offers were received. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $1,400,000 are being obligated at time of award. The Space Systems Command, El Segundo, California, is the contracting activity. (Awarded April 7, 2026).

Continental Electronics Corp., Dallas, Texas, was awarded a not-to-exceed $234,515,857 firm-fixed-price, and cost reimbursable undefinitized contract action for Homeland Defense Over the Horizon Radar (OTHR) transmit subsystem. This contract provides for a specialized transmit sub-system for an OTHR. Work will be performed in the continental U.S. and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2031. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $46,278,798 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA220426CB006). (Awarded April 1, 2026).

Lockheed Martin Services LLC, Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a maximum $105,000,000 firm-fixed-price task order for Global Positioning System IIIF launch with on-orbit test support. This contract provides for the Architecture Evolution Plan Operational control system to support launch, early orbit, and disposal operations for Global Positioning System IIIF space vehicles. Work will be performed at Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by March 2030. This task order was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $13,421,160 are being obligated at time of award. The Space Systems Command, Satellite Communication and Position, Navigation, and Timing, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado, is the contracting activity (FA882326FB011).

BlueHalo LLC, Huntsville, Alabama, has been awarded a maximum $19,454,545 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for ceramics advanced materials and processes Task Order Four. This contract provides for the development of advanced ceramic materials (including structural monolithic ceramics, ceramic matrix composites, and select functional ceramic materials), processes, and sophisticated computational models. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 4, 2029. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2025 research, development test and evaluation funds in the amount of $600,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The Department of Defense Activity Address Code, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is the contracting activity (FA2394-26-F-B002). (Awarded Jan. 30, 2026).

NAVY

General Dynamics Mission Systems, Manassas, Virginia, is awarded a $55,059,996 cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-19-C-6407) to exercise options to design, develop, integrate, test, and deliver the tactical control system for the AN/BYG-1 submarine combat control system. Work will be performed in Manassas, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by July 2027. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,690,377 (5%) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Tecmotiv (USA) Inc., Niagara Falls, New York, has been awarded a maximum $15,106,727 firm-fixed-price contract for fuel injection pumps. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a one-year base contract with one, one-year option period. Locations of performance are New York, and South Carolina, with a June 12, 2031, delivery order completion date. Using military services is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2027 defense working capital funds.
