Contracts for Feb. 11, 2026

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

PeopleTec Inc., Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a single award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The value of this contract will be $48,098,000. The resultant contract will enable the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to acquire advanced model-based systems engineering capabilities, digital capability development, and integrated modeling that transform fragmented architectural and requirements development processes into a unified, authoritative digital capability supporting the nation's defensive posture against ballistic, hypersonic, and other advanced threats. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama; and Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, with an estimated ordering period of five years after the award date. This contract is being awarded under the Missile Defense Agency – Advanced Capability Concepts Broad Agency Announcement HQ0860-25-S-C001. The initial task order will be issued immediately, with a period of performance 12 months after contract award. Fiscal 2026 research, developmental, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $450,000 are being obligated at the time of award. ARMY

Consigli Construction Co. Inc., Milford, Massachusetts, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a new two-story fire station building, including apparatus bays, dorm rooms, administrative spaces, and supporting systems at Watervliet Arsenal. The amount of this action is $32,322,313. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in Watervliet, New York, with an estimated completion date of March 8, 2028. Fiscal 2025 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $32,322,313 were obligated at the time of the award. ACCEL 7 JV LLC, Reno, Nevada, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for design and construction to repair and expand the Area Maintenance Support Activity/Vehicle Maintenance Shop, Building 655, at the B.T. Collins Army Reserve Center in Sacramento, California. The amount of this action is $19,005,214. Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. Work will be performed in Sacramento, California, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 21, 2028. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance, Army Reserve funds in the amount of $10,999,314; fiscal 2023 minor military construction, Army Reserve funds in the amount of $4,959,355; and fiscal 2024 minor military construction, Army Reserve funds in the amount of $3,046,545 were obligated at the time of the award. Agate Construction Co. Inc.,* Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for breakwater repair in Bar Harbor, Maine. The amount of this action is $10,617,500. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Bar Harbor, Maine, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 11, 2028. Fiscal 2022 construction, Corps of Engineers, civil funds in the amount of $5,820,000; and fiscal 2025 construction, Corps of Engineers, civil funds in the amount of $4,797,500, were obligated at the time of the award. Marine Solutions Inc., Nicholasville, Kentucky, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a replacement alignment cell at W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam, Oklahoma. The amount of this action is $9,340,000. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Spiro, Oklahoma, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 15, 2027. Fiscal 2025 construction, Corps of Engineers, civil funds in the amount of $9,340,000 were obligated at the time of the award. NAVY

BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Maple Grove, Minnesota, was awarded a $23,747,748 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00167-26-D-4700) for engineering and fabrication services for propulsor demonstration hardware. This contract includes an option which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $24,481,470. Work will be performed in Louisville, Kentucky (90%); and Minneapolis, Minnesota (10%). This contract includes a five-year ordering period, inclusive of the option. Fiscal 2025 National Sea-Based Deterrence Fund funds in the amount of $1,863,387 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management (Sam.gov), with three offers received. Applied Physical Sciences, Corp., Groton, Connecticut was awarded a $12,530,528 contract modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N66001-23-C-4037) for the development of innovative payloads to conduct acoustic warfare to counter active surface sonars, bringing the cumulative face value of the contract to $27,763,578. Work will be performed in Orange, California; Groton, Connecticut; Pawcatuck, Connecticut; Concord, Massachusetts; Arlington, Virginia; and Reston, Virginia. The expected completion date is Feb. 10, 2027. This modification exercises and incrementally funds the first option of the contract. At the time of modification execution, $800,000 in fiscal 2026-2027 research, development, test and evaluation funds from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency were obligated. The contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. NIWC Pacific, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

NRG Business Marketing LLC, Princeton, New Jersey, has been awarded an estimated $19,491,289 firm-fixed-price with economic price-adjustment contract for quality direct supply of natural gas. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. This is a one-year six-month base contract with one six-month option period. Location of performance is California, with a Sept. 30, 2027, performance completion date. Using customers are Air Force and other federal civilian agencies. Using customers are solely responsible for funding this contract and funds vary in appropriation type and fiscal year. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency-Energy located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia (SPE604-26-D-7500).

UPDATE: Avfuel Corp., Salt Lake City, Utah (SPE607-26-D-0049, $30,311,471); Avfuel Corp., Ann Arbor, Michigan (SPE607-26-D-0052, $26,948,667); and Avfuel Corp., Ann Arbor, Michigan (SPE607-26-D-0050, $16,475,854), have each been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for fuel support, issued against solicitation SPE607-25-R-0204 and awarded on Jan. 7, 2026. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

UPDATE: Metro Medical Equipment and Supply Inc.,** Saint Ann, Missouri (SPE2DH-26-D-0004, $21,000,000), has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for medical equipment and accessories for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronic Catalog, issued against solicitation SPE2DH-21-R-0002 and awarded Feb. 10, 2022.
