DEFENSE MICROELECTRONICS ACTIVITY

The ATSP V contract procures engineering development that rapidly fields emerging technologies, quickly closes capability gaps, and keeps the Department of Defense ahead of electronics obsolescence issues. AIR FORCE

Strategic Test Solutions LLC, Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded a $1,868,902,857 service contract for the Eglin Operations and Maintenance Service II.  This contract provides for the operations and maintenance of the Eglin Test and Training Complex and Major Ground Test Facilities. Work will be performed at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, and is expected to be completed by March 2036. This contract is the result of a competitive acquisition, and three offers were received. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $100,0000 are being obligated at the time of award. NAVY

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $297,491,836 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-23-C-5123) for in-service AEGIS sustainment, baseline 10 system integration, and product documentation in support of current configurations of the AEGIS combat system. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by December 2026. Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $60,068,310 cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-only modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-20-C-5392) for engineering integration, technical support, and depot operations in support of the MK 41 Vertical Launching System electronic systems and computer programs. This action includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this action to $144,680,000. This action combines purchases for the Navy (60%); and the governments of Japan (20%); and Australia (20%), under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (60%); Ventura, California (16%); San Diego California (10%); Seattle, Washington (4%); Mayport, Florida (4%); Norfolk, Virginia (4%); and Virginia Beach, Virginia (2%), and is expected to be completed by December 2027. BAE Systems – Maritime Solutions Norfolk, Virginia, is awarded a $10,398,203 firm-fixed-price modification for additional mission critical work to previously awarded contract (N00024-25-C-4412) for the USS Laboon (DDG 58) fiscal year 2025 Dry-dock Selected Restricted Availability. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by July 2026. Bids were solicited via the internet with seven received. Unit Co., Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded a $46,964,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the design and construction of a readiness center. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Fort Richardson, Alaska, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 8, 2029. Fiscal 2025 military construction, Army National Guard funds in the amount of $46,964,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Technica LLC, Charleston, South Carolina, was awarded a $30,661,614 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00153) to contract W52P1J-20-F-0184 to provide logistics support services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $61,323,229. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 3, 2027. General Electric Co., Lynn, Massachusetts, was awarded a $26,950,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification (P00100) to contract W58RGZ-19-C-0003 to support the engineering and manufacturing development of the improved turbine engine. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $862,954,255. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2029. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $26,950,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Amentum Services, Chantilly, Virginia, was awarded a $10,645,952 cost-no-fee, time-and-materials modification (P00074) to contract W58RGZ-25-C-0004 to provide global aviation maintenance services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $158,855,989. Work will be performed in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; Fort Hood, Texas; and South Korea, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2026. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Army funds; fiscal 2025 Big Beautiful Bill funds; and fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement, Army funds totaling $10,645,952 were obligated at the time of the award. MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

Lockheed Martin Space, Sunnyvale, California, is being awarded a $142,621,543 noncompetitive, cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and firm-fixed-price contract modification (P00073) under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The total value of the contract increased to $876,747,896. Under this modification, the contractor will provide continued maintenance and sustainment support for two Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Batteries for UAE. The scope of work includes logistics management, logistics product database, training, missile and ground repair and return, hardware and software development and sustainment, hardware in the loop, engineering services, missile field surveillance program, and country unique specialty engineering for FMS client. The work will be performed in the UAE; Sunnyvale, California; Grand Prairie, Texas; Camden, Arkansas; Huntsville, Alabama; Anniston, Alabama; and Troy, Alabama.  The performance period is from January 2026 through August 2028. One offer was solicited, and one offer was received. UAE FMS funds in the amount of $142,621,543 are being obligated on this modification. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Hartech Group LLC, New Port Richey, Florida, has been awarded a maximum $10,153,033 firm-fixed-price contract for three high precision jig grinders with Fanuc controllers. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a one-year three-month contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is April 9, 2027. Using military service is Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2023 Navy aircraft procurement funds.
