Contracts For Nov. 18, 2025

ARMY

STV HDR USMA JV, Douglassville, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $67,118,539 firm-fixed-price contract for the design of the Thayer Hall renovation at the U.S. Military Academy. Work will be performed in West Point, New York, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 18, 2030. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $67,118,539 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, is the contracting activity (W912WJ-26-C-A002).

Hendrickson Transportation LLC, Hamburg, Iowa, was awarded a $43,724,249 firm-fixed-price contract for repairs to Missouri River Levee R-562. Work will be performed in Peru, Nebraska, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 5, 2027. Fiscal 2026 Flood Control and Coastal Emergencies funds and 2026 civil construction funds in the amount of $43,724,248.60 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, is the contracting activity (W9128F-26-C-A001).

Curtin Maritime Corp., Long Beach, California, was awarded a $22,631,733 firm-fixed-price contract for Baltimore Harbor and channels maintenance dredging. Work will be performed in Baltimore, Maryland, with an estimated completion date of April 15, 2026. Fiscal 2024 and 2025 civil operation and maintenance funds; and fiscal 2025 civil construction funds in the amount of $22,631,733 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, is the contracting activity (W912DR-26-C-A002).

NAVY

Raytheon Technologies, Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $44,588,201 firm-fixed-price modification (P00007) to contract (N0001925C0071). This modification adds scope to procure recertification Lots Five and Six long lead hardware fin actuators and golden fin actuators and common mid-body and aft-body harnesses for tactical tomahawk all up round recertification and exercises the option for engineering support services for foreign military sales customers. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (99%); and Vergennes, Vermont (1%), and is expected to be completed in April 2029. Fiscal 2024 weapon procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $13,799,399; fiscal 2025 weapon procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $24,758,661; and Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $6,030,139, will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Sawasawa LLC,* Los Angeles, California, has been awarded a maximum $13,651,056 modification (P00028) exercising the fourth one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-22-D-1515) with four one-year option periods for moisture wicking t-shirts. This is an indefinite-delivery contract. The ordering period end date is Nov. 29, 2026. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2027 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

AIR FORCE

CORRECTION: The contract announced on Oct. 7, 2025, for Modern Technology Solutions, Inc., Alexandria, Virginia, for $111,006,400 was announced with the incorrect obligated fund types and the incorrect award date. The correct funds are fiscal 2025-2029, and the correct award date was Oct. 14, 2025. The Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, California, is the contracting activity.
