Kingsley Wilson is the Press Secretary for the Department of War, where she swore in January 20, 2025, as a presidential appointee. She is responsible for providing information to the public and the news media in addition to advising on the Department's public communications strategy.
 
Mrs. Wilson is a seasoned spokesperson and communications expert with nearly a decade of experience in television, radio, strategic communications, and digital media.
 
Prior to joining the Department of War, Mrs. Wilson served as Associate Director of Strategic Communications and Digital Media at the Center for Renewing America, where she frequently represented the organization as a spokesperson on television and radio.
 
She also worked as Director of Operations for the social media platform GETTR. While at GETTR, Mrs. Wilson took the social media start-up from day-one launch to one million users in three days and number one in the App Store, making it the fastest-growing social media platform in history.
 
Mrs. Wilson is a Trump campaign alum and was deputy to the Senior Advisor for Strategy on President Donald J. Trump's 2020 re-election campaign.
 
She earned a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in classical studies from the University of California Los Angeles.
