Harvey C. Barnum Jr.

After retirement, Marine Corps Col. Harvey C. Barnum Jr. served as the deputy assistant secretary of the Navy for reserve affairs from 2001-2009. In 1965, he earned the Medal of Honor for actions he took in Vietnam.
