Andrew Brey serves as the Principal Deputy Assistant to the Secretary of War for Public Affairs. In this role, he manages strategy and operations for the Department of War Public Affairs. Prior to assuming duties as the PDATSW-PA, Mr. Brey commissioned as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service.

Mr. Brey has more than a decade of experience in political campaigns. He served as the campaign manager for the Assistant to the Secretary of War for Public Affairs, Mr. Sean Parnell’s campaigns for Congress in 2020 and US Senate in 2022.

Mr. Brey’s background includes management consulting, where he guided non-profit and higher education organizations in developing and executing strategic plans.

Mr. Brey is a graduate of University of Nebraska- Lincoln and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
