Ms. Tami Radabaugh was sworn in as Deputy Assistant to the Secretary of War for Strategic Engagement on January 20, 2025.  Radabaugh connects the Secretary of War and military to the American public through transparent, strategic engagements. She advises on communication with the media of Department of War policies, operations and activities. She also oversees outreach with military service organizations, educational institutions, sports leagues, and the entertainment industry. Radabaugh showcases the skills, talents, and capabilities of our warriors and informs taxpayers of the Pentagon’s role in national security, putting America first.

Prior to assuming the role of DATSD SE, Radabaugh founded State of Grace Media and was an award-winning Senior Executive Producer.  At FOX News, Radabaugh oversaw FOX & Friends, the most-watched cable news morning show in the world. She also served as Senior Executive Producer of Special Coverage and Programming for FOX News Media, including Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee and Proud American: A Tunnel to Towers Special. At FOX Business Network, as Executive Producer of Mornings with Maria Bartiromo, Radabaugh is credited with the show’s successful broadcast at high-profile global events in Riyadh, Cannes, and Davos. She has spent her career overseeing production and business operations for some of the highest rated programs featuring interviews with the world’s most influential leaders, including President Trump. Prior to FOX, Radabaugh also worked at CBS and CNN. She began her career at IMG, a global sports, fashion, events and media company following a stint at NBC.  Radabaugh has covered breaking news, politics, business, the military, sports and entertainment extensively.
