So when you 00:31.950 --> 00:34.061 get uh these hurricanes , obviously , 00:34.061 --> 00:36.349 you get uh severe flash flooding events 00:36.380 --> 00:38.560 um cutting off ground transportation 00:38.569 --> 00:41.580 into areas and unfortunately , um not 00:41.590 --> 00:43.646 everybody listens to the warnings to 00:43.646 --> 00:46.299 evacuate those areas . Um So the only 00:46.310 --> 00:48.421 way to get in and rescue those people 00:48.421 --> 00:50.421 is va helicopter and via hoist .
